Shipping policy

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible utilizing various major carriers. Where possible the customer will receive tracking information via provided e-mail address. Theriault's is not responsible for lost packages or any additional customs, taxes or duties. If your package is lost please contact the shipping vendor to resolve.
